Either FBA or No Sales
Hi Amazon.in Seller Team,
Let’s debate on your each criteria for getting orders on Amazon.
You evaluate my products and I will also evaluate my products against top selling products in my category.
Because, I am about to leave Amazon as seller unless I am convinced by you that I can run a sustainable business with Amazon without building and giving inventory to FBA partners..
Hoping for some moral/ethical discussion around business principles as well.

Even after switching to FBA, I’m not getting orders. Back in January, one of my products was a top seller with 3–4 orders per day. But now, in May, I’m barely getting 1 order per week—even after spending ₹1K on ads.

Switching to FBA is good, but Easy ship also works for me.
Let me breakdown, if the competitor is selling in multiple state fba, its difficult to compete and you may lose visibility, Change the product title and try, use different generic keywords, also run deals and coupons.
For Ads, change keywords and bid amount.

Go to Menu> Inventory> Inventory Planing> then > Channel Recommendation
- Check if there are any channel recommendation for your SKUs. If not, then first focus on EasyShip.
If you already have FBA ASINs then go to > Restock Inventory
- Check if there are any Amazon fulfillment recommendation for your SKUs. If yes, then only move stock to that FC for those SKUs.
- If no recommendations for FBA, then check Merchant Fulfilled tab for EasyShip.

Although I am a new seller, I am also experiencing this issue. After speaking with three of others sellers who have been in the business for 5 to 6 years, they have termed May and June as typically slower months for sales. I would recommend to wait before making any decision.
