We are also facing the same issue. many COD order are getting stuck at out for delivery status but the delivery status is not getting confirmed.

Because of this issue, “On-Time Delivery Rate” is also decreasing which adversely affected the account health.

Out for delivery and after not delivered or damaged or return to sellers last two month I think out of 150 order 117 order was returned

These days many COD orders are coming fake either they are cancelled before delivery or either they are returned with non sense & impractical reasons.
Due to this we as a seller are incurring packing expenses cost, return delivery charges cost, product damage in transit, amazon should verify genuine customers only before confirming any orders.

The customer does COD / prepaid order whoever it is the customer//buyer he/she knows that how to do wrong activity ,they order the product keep it with them do’s the fraud and the take money from amazon.The customer who does this thing when you block it ,they open/ create accounts with different names and modified address.We humbly request that please look into this and take strict action on them whoever it is i.e.,customer ,or buyer

O Yes. I also thought I’m the only one and this might be some ad hoc concern. I’ve raised ticket multiple times but they just mention that it happens occasionally. Thank you for highlighting the concern here. Now I know I’m not alone in this.
