Changing Title
What was before a relatively easy task has now become a uphill task and the seller support makes it further painful.
It has been almost a month. I have contacted several assosicate - who would take down all details pretending to help and then pass the buck to others. The next seller support assosicate would repeat the entire process. I just dont understand if the contacted seller support associate cannot help - why does he or she sit throught the charade of pretending to help. Taking down Asins numbers, asking for screen shots and telling to wait.
Then there are other assosciates who jumps the gun. Asks irrelevent question and dont try to understand and try to blame - they do it without bothering to check.
I dont think Amazon have enough people for seller support in different cases. Most are information gatherers and they end up taking your time.
