I got a mail today stating that they have suspended my account giving this reason - Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated and your listings have been removed in accordance with our selling policies and seller code of conduct. Why is this happening? We have taken this measure because we determined that your account has been used to engage in deceptive and fraudulent activity by the issuance of refunds to customers in excess of the total order value without sufficient justification. This conduct misuses our services and is in violation of our selling policies and seller code of conduct. .

i want to mention that I've not issued issued any refund in the last 6 months .

This account suspension has happened with atleast 10 friends of mine , their account has been suspended stating the same reason , their account has been suspended on 12th April only in the evening.

why is it happening with so many sellers? Any idea?
