Bank Account Verification issue (Verification failed)

Dear Amazon Seller Forum Managers,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek urgent assistance with a persistent issue related to bank verification within my Seller Wallet account. It has been over 6 weeks already and I can't transfer my deposit to the bank as it is not still verified yet. I am in desperate need of assistance to resolve this matter promptly.

I am currently an approved and verified member of the Seller Wallet program. However, I have been facing significant challenges regarding the verification of a specific bank account that I have attempted to verify multiple times. Despite my efforts, I keep receiving automated replies from the Seller Wallet team stating that my bank account remains unverified.

If I attempt to switch my Amazon payment method from Seller Wallet to another bank account, the Inform Act protocol signals that my account is at risk of deactivation due to the absence of a verified bank account. On the other hand, selecting Seller Wallet as the payment method removes the Inform Act error, but I am unable to transfer my funds from Seller Wallet to my bank account due to the lingering unverified status of the bank account.

In light of the above, I kindly request the intervention of a senior manager from the Seller Wallet team. Your expertise and guidance in this matter would be invaluable in helping me break free from this protracted process. My aim is to ensure the smooth operation of my account, a verified bank account, and a reliable payment method that aligns with Amazon's policies and guidelines.

I'd appreciate if you consider this matter and give me some helps as soon as possible.

I understand you are having issues with the bank account verification process for the INFORM Consumers Act.

If you would not mind providing the corresponding case ID, if applicable, I would be happy to look into this further for you.

Are you able to transfer your funds and/or add another bank account now? I can escalate case 13606934631 if so. Please advise on what actions may be pending so we can escalate appropriately. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon

It looks like you were able to close out your Seller Wallet account as of 9/21/2023. The Seller Reverification team is now requesting, you to provide a new deposit method to in order to be Inform Act compliant.
