I have listed 3 products but, 2 products are displaying a message that can not be shipped to any where. quantity and othe details are displaying while select the product to order

Hi,

I have listed 3 products in my seller central account and status of all the 3 products are Active with inventory availability but 2 products are displaying a message "can not be shipped" and I tried to order the products with different Indian pin codes, but it is displaying the same message " Can not be Shipped to this location, choose different location "

while trying to buy those products, the Details of the products, Quantity and other product details are displaying, but you cant order from any address / pin code

So let me the reason for the above issue

  • Go to Settings → Shipping Settings in Seller Central
  • Verify all "Ship from" addresses have complete contact information (email and phone)

Step 2: Review Shipping Templates

  • Check if your products have proper shipping templates assigned
  • Ensure shipping rates are configured for all Indian regions

Step 3: Verify Buy Shipping Setup

  • Confirm Buy Shipping services are enabled
