Amazon should not allow negative reviews regarding delivery when delivery is confirmed in Self Ship Order. When amazon is providing a strike through for complaints regarding delivery by ATS, why are not they not allowing that in Self Ship.

Does amazon think sellers have a way to mark a package delivered without making an actual delivery ?
