payment account verification taking long time

I am facing an issue payment account verification process. Where Amazon says we will solve the problem within 10 working days and today is the 20th day. However, I have not received any updates.

For more than 20 days my account has not activated my inventory in Amazon Wearhouse amazon keeps spending my money on storage costs and monthly subscription fees. I am waiting for account reactivation.

Unfortunately, as you have discovered, Amazon's time scales are not very accurate !

Is this a new seller account that you have opened or is it an older account going through re-verification ? - we all have to go through payment account re-verification periodically.

If you have goods already in the warehouse then you cannot avoid the storage costs, but you can stop the monthly professional selling plan fee until you are able to sell again. Go to Settings (cog wheel top right) - Account Info - Your Services - Manage - and downgrade to individual selling plan. You can upgrade at anytime.
