Live Chat support not available

Hello there,

Can someone respond.

There is no live chat support and some my products have got wrong infos which is misleading the customers.

The response I receive from email response is not helping.

None of us can respond as this is the sellers forum and we are sellers just like you. You have to go through Amazon Seller Support using the help link at the top.

Can't you change the information yourself in manage Inventory?
