Browse node not working

When I enter to edit the details of the listing for my ASIN, the category (browse node) appears normal as always, it's not missing and it's the one my product has always had. It has always been that way and I've never had a problem with it, so i DON'T want to change the category or update it.

The problem I have is related to the fact that although the category (browse node) appears on the listing detail edit page it's not working properly or the system thinks it's missing cause my product is unsearchable (doesn't show up when searched), I've opened other cases relating this issue and they've told me that the ASIN is unsearchable cause the product doesn't have a browse node BUT it does.

I don't need to change the category, I just want the category I currently have and have always had to properly work and show in the system so my product can be shown when searched.
