Is there anyone at Amazon that can help? GTIN Exemption
I am trying to get a GTIN exemption for my brand. I've gone through who knows how many customer service reps.
My brand matches. I provided photos of all six sides + product. The brand is permanently affixed to the box. There are no gs-1 barcodes.
Everything is correct but I get various responses saying something is wrong.
My second-to-last response was from a lady who said basically "yes, everything is good, but you need to open a new GTIN request and submit everything again". So I did that and guess what? They're saying everything is wrong.
Why is this so awful?

This has been solved after resubmitting the same info for about the 18th time.
