competitor/Another seller putting in negative review, what to do?
Another competitor/seller of products as mine buying my products and putting in negative reviews, this is going on for last 1 year. He even raised 'Product Authenticity Customer Complaints' and as a result my listing got deactivated, rating came down and i had to provide all invoices/details to get it working.
Raised complaint with Amazon but they feel data is not sufficient. what to do please? provided order numbers/messages asking me to lower/hike the prices/negative reviews messages etc
I was asked by amazon help to connect with customer (in this case another competitor of mine) to understand the reason for negative feedback and ask him to remove it (Politely).
Now this competitor/seller is using Prime/FBA and i am not, easy to provide negative feedbacks to non Prime/FBA as compared to Prime/FBA (as per my understanding).
Any guidance please?
