Hey Amazon: Stop treating FBA sellers with ease when it comes to seller feedback (especially when you compare with how you treat FBM sellers)
I have seen countless examples of feedback being removed by Amazon for FBA sellers even for issues that were originally warranted, such as the way the seller prep'ed the product to send to FBA. That feedback SHOULD NOT BE REMOVED. this is unreal and unfair grounds especially with how you treat FBM sellers.
I still have a 1/5 feedback on my account for a duplicate shipping / tracking number that happened a couple months ago that was a HUGE issue with Amazon/USPS shipping, not our fault. Amazon WOULD NOT remove it. So unfair. @KJ_Amazon

Yes, this is a long-standing issue. Buyers should look at the actual feedback of sellers shipping from Amazon (massive cross-outs), but most of them don't realize that Amazon is fixing the FB for FBA sellers.
On the other hand, be reassured that most shoppers don't pay attention to the FB. We can see that even sellers with very bad FB are selling 100's of books a day.
My problem with FB is that Amazon keeps taking mine away. I estimate that I have lost about 20 5-star FBs for no reason at all. I tried contacting AZ about it once, and they sent me a canned response on how to remove FB.
