Someone made a return order on behalf of my account?

Dear Amazon,

I see in my manage order, ther are 6 items being returned to me. The return order was made 2 days bac on 22 May 2024, from seller account ie my account. On asking the support team, they confirmed that the return has been made by seller ie Seller-initiated flat file, which means i have made a bulk return request.

The issue is I never made this file. and no one else handles my account apart from me. so who made this file.

Has anyone encountered this before. Do i term this as hacking of the systems.

The seller support has escalted the matter to Internal specialist. But they dont know how can a file be made without sellers consent and they claim the systems to be secured. so who made the return request.

I definitely did not make the request. Await for Amazon specialists to help me out here, as tomorrow what if again there are request generated, I would want to know who is the one who did this and keep the systems secured.

Regards, Sonal

Hello Sonal

The exact same thing happen to me, 2 removal orders were created from "Seller-initiated flat file" on 24 May, with no convincing explanation for Amazon. Amazon tinbk that I did initiate these :-(

Still following up with them through a ticket and trying to come to term with this.

Hi,

I think this is automated by Amazon once it get's close to the deadline for the removal of damaged inventory. It can be cancelled from the Manage Orders page.

Hello

i guess you need to look at the products itself if big seller and amz is involved in sale of same or almost same product then they can do it intentionally to support the other seller from inside the amazon itself.

so its a new trend starting in amazon that inside managers are manipulating the market sellers in one way or another way.

we got approval to sale a brand and when purchased stock and wanted to do the listing it says NOT AVAILABLE and seller support dont want to answer that they JUST SAID THAT AT THIS TIME WE CANT DISCUSS MORE WITH YOU ABOUT THAT

so its clear they know that its insider doing it so they dont want to talk about it very simple

until then control will be with specific asian contry people here mostly this will keep happening
