Amazon not removing fake reviews
Customer asked question and put 2 start as review. Its not even verified purchase.
Even after reporting and case raise amazon is not removing, email to community is unmonitored.
Any way or help around?

there is no work around for this, there are lot of duffers who write reviews even without buying or using the product.. amazon will not remove those reviews.. no point in wasting time

We have roughly 40-50 reviews (unverified) which amazon failed to remove. Those are fraudulent reviews as well (carry 1 star rating, multiple reviews in a single day, all negative). There is no human on the other side, we are only talking to robots in this case.
There is no solution to this.

Amazon will not do anything to remove these reviews unless they go against them . Fake reviews benefit Amazon in multiple ways.

Fake reviews further contribute to this by pushing sellers to increase ad spending to regain lost sales. Ultimately, Amazon's main goal is to generate revenue, and all these programs are designed to benefit Amazon, not the sellers.
