Does anyone have any idea about Author Central (where the profile of authors are managed)?
Despite frequent calls, no one from Amazon's support is able to provide a solution. It's been 3 months.
I really wonder how do they manage such a marketplace with so much troubles to the sellers.

Google it. I did so and found various links of sites and even some Youtube guides are present. You can try that.
