I can't verify my bank account
Hi,
I need to verify a bank account, but I no longer use my old bank account. The system is prompting me to enter the old account information in order to set up a new account. However, I don't have access to the old account information. How can I proceed with bank account verification under these circumstances?
My account has been deactivated due to the inability to complete the bank account verification process. Since I'm unable to verify the account, I'm also unable to appeal for reactivation.
Is there anyone who has knowledge about this and can provide assistance?

If it was your bank account you must have a letter or bank statement from your old account that you can use?
It would be highly unusual for someone to change a personal or business account and have no details of their old account. Was it actually your account or someone elses?
If you really haven't got any information for old bank account then you will have to ask Support for help. However it is likely they won't be able to assist you.

It's very simple, you can't!
You need the information from the old account in order to complete the verification. At the end of the day, you could be anybody; the Amazon systems don't know you, therefore you need to be able to prove it.
