Account Suspended due to wrong parent child variation, which is some technical glitches.

Our account has been suspended. As per the Seller Central team, ASIN B0FH768C33 was grouped with child variations (B0C6DZHN78, B0DSW933RB) that were flagged by Amazon as inconsistent child variations. It has been stated that the products grouped together did not meet the requirements for a proper variation family, as per Amazon policy.

We believe this issue has occurred due to a technical glitch, as we have not made any such changes or incorrect groupings from our end. We are a reputed seller and a 26-year-old company with a long-standing presence on Amazon.

Despite submitting multiple Plans of Action (POAs), our account has still not been reinstated. We request your urgent support in reviewing this matter and reopening our account at the earliest.

It has been stated that the products grouped together did not meet the requirements for a proper variation family, as per Amazon policy.

Based on my observations from your post, I want to provide you with a sense of direction moving forward.

I understand your concern about your account suspension related to variation family groupings. Your account was suspended because the parent ASIN B0FH768C33 and its child variations B0C6DZHN78 and B0DSW933RB were identified as not meeting Amazon's variation family requirements. When products are grouped as variations, they must be essentially the same product differing only by specific attributes like size, color, or style. If the products grouped together are fundamentally different or don't meet variation relationship requirements, this creates a policy violation that can impact your account health.

To work toward reinstating your account, you'll need to provide a detailed response that addresses the specific variation policy concern. First, review the three ASINs involved and identify what made them incompatible as a variation family. Even if you believe this was a technical issue, understanding the product differences is important for your response. Second, prepare a comprehensive response that includes acknowledgment of the specific variation policy, a clear explanation of what happened with these product groupings, the steps you've taken to correct the variation relationships, and the measures you'll implement to prevent similar issues in the future. Third, ensure your response demonstrates that you understand Amazon's variation family requirements and how you'll maintain compliance going forward.

Can you share more details about the products involved? What are the key differences between ASIN B0FH768C33 and the child variations B0C6DZHN78 and B0DSW933RB? Understanding the product types and attributes will help you craft a stronger response that addresses the specific policy concern.
