misbranded ASIN but i'm the brand owner, and enrolled in brand registry
I just enrolled in brand registry about 5 days ago, and the next day i received a listing's suppression due to misbranded ASIN, i called few times about this issue and your colleagues told me that its clearly mistake from amazon's side, they've done their research and i was told it's probably something about amazon search engine machine that sometimes confused and mark as misbranded even though it's my brand name. We tried to contact regular support team with email and i've waited for 3 days (2times in a row) and received email about "after investigation" it's still is misbranded ASIN and they couldn't do anything. I called again and i was told to delete listing and relist it after 24 hours. After that time passed i did everything i was told. And right now again it shows me the same "misbranded asin" suppression, something about "detail page was removed", and my listing remain inactive for no fair reason. Because i'm the original owner of this ASIN and this brand, and i personally created this listing long time ago, this is my original photos nobody has the right to use, my product and my brand name everywhere. On the product packaging, inside the product, and in the listing too. I sell unique and custom product and with my trademark everywhere on it right now. (it's still in pending process) Please help me fix this unfair situation too. It's been so much times and nerves that were wasted. When you register your brand here in brand registry it supposed to be happy day and situation, but it turned out a total nightmare. I enrolled in brand registry to make my life easier and because also i was told that i can report a violation to other chinese sellers that were attached and used my ASIN as theirs. They have bad reviews and i believe they maybe even counterfeit or send nothing to buyers when buyers make a purchase.
