I received a violation notice from product safety stating our listings are at risk of deactivation for having drawstrings on children's clothing. The particular item that they say is in violation is not children's clothing, they are adult sizes only. Seller support is no help and keeps saying I need to submit compliance documents. How am I supposed to submit compliance docs to prove my items do not have drawstrings when these are adult sizes and they have drawstrings?

I do see this was specifically for 6 ASINs, all of which as of posting this are still live.

Researching the ASINs I noticed the category for these hoodies are listed under the category "Clothing, Shoes & Jewelry›Boys›Clothing›Active›Active Hoodies". I highlighted the boys category as this would tell amazon that this is intended for children or boys.

At this time, the best solution would be to ensure your product is properly categorized to the proper target audience. Once updated you can submit new information that the listing was updated to the proper category. You can research more on updating this attribute using our browse tree guide and If you need additional guidance on updating your listing, you may need to reach out to our seller support teams for guidance on updating them.

I will ask, if you update your ASIN, and still receive rejections to please follow up with your related cases so I can work with the appropriate teams on a resolution or clarification.
