There is link where you can inform Amazon that pickup not done, So in future if there is issue in the Account Health it will be useful

This is not a new problem. Most of the sellers in India on Amazon are facing such problem. Amazon is detiorating day by day! No solution is available for this problem. I think there is a big mismanagement in the Amazon India. We are also facing such problem past one year. Please write to Mr Andy current CEO of Amazon. you may get his email online. better write a letter and send it by post.
