Account phone number issue
Hello friends, I am from Pakistan. I am having trouble adding my Pakistani phone number to my account because I am not receiving the OTP. I have waited for more than 15 minutes for the OTP, but it hasn't arrived. I have also tried contacting the support team, but they may need help understanding the issue. My old number is lost, and my account needs verification for my address. Amazon can send a postcard containing the verification code to my address, but the phone number on my account is no longer valid. I need to add a new active number to receive the postcard, but I am unable to add my number. If anyone understands my issue, please help me find a solution. I am very thankful.

CR here and wanted to see if I could provide you with some additional information here. Are you saying that your 2FA is setup to an old/lost phone which you do not have access to?
Would you mind sharing the case # that you currently have opened with Seller Support on this? I'd be happy to review your issue in more detail there and read through any correspondence provided to this point.
