Some categories and products require approval. To check approval status:
- Go to Add Products.
- Search for your product.
- Look for status indicators: "Not Available": Product cannot be listed. "Sell this product": No approval needed. "Apply to sell": Approval required.
- Click Show limitations for detailed requirements.
Since your product is a vitamin-infused mineral water, it may fall under categories that have additional compliance requirements like Grocery & Gourmet Food or Dietary supplements.
If you've already submitted an application, review the rejection reason (if any) and confirm your documents meet all the listed requirements. Common requirements include purchase invoices dated within 180 days, your business name and address matching your selling account, and proper file formats (PDF, JPG, PNG, or GIF).
