How to downgrade to Individual account?
All the instructions I find to downgrade to an Individual account say to do so under My Services, but that is not an option. The training materials do not reflect the current interface either. How can this be done?

Go to settings, account info, your services and downgrade.

Account Info / Your Services / Manage
Click on Registered to bring up the screen to downgrade.
If you are on the NA Unified plan (US, Canada, Mexico), you will probably get some sort of warning about the Mexican account. Ignore the warning. That platform requires the professional account. But that doesn't mean you cannot downgrade. Just means Mexican platform will be disabled for you.
