Thank you for your response.

I must express my deep dissatisfaction with the resolution provided in your latest message. Over the past two months, your support team has consistently informed us that the matter was under review by your internal team and that they were unable to identify any specific violations in the listings. We were repeatedly assured that your internal team was working to understand the root cause of the ASIN deactivation.

After two months of waiting and multiple follow-ups, it is extremely disappointing to now be told that the reason for the deactivation cannot be disclosed due to confidentiality policies. This is neither fair nor acceptable, especially when we, as your selling partners, are expected to comply with policies that are not transparently communicated.

You have stated that the matter is now closed and that no further action can be taken, without offering any clear resolution or guidance. This approach shows a complete lack of accountability and support. As a responsible representative of the Amazon Leadership Team, I had expected a more constructive and solution-oriented response.

Please be informed that I will be escalating this issue to higher authorities within Amazon, as we believe this case has not been handled with the transparency and fairness that sellers deserve.
