You can now check your Q4 STEP level (Basic, Standard, Advanced or Premium) which was determined by your performance from July 1 to September 30, 2024.

Based on your STEP level for this evaluation period, your new performance-based benefits will apply from October 5, 2024 to January 4, 2025.

STEP is a benefits programme that provides customised and actionable recommendations to help you improve key customer experience metrics.

With STEP, you are evaluated at the start of every quarter based on your performance in the previous quarter. Our quarterly evaluation cycle allows you to improve your STEP performance and unlock new benefits, including fee waivers, faster disbursement cycles, priority Selling Partner Support and free Service Provider Network credits.
