Unfair Late Dispatch Rate Due to Missed Pickups – Seeking Guidance and Resolution

Hi, The DA did not pick up 2 of my orders scheduled for 5th January. I called him and he came on the next day. When I asked why he didn't come to pick up, he told me that the order did not reflect at his end, so he did not come to pick up the orders. I had filled the Easy Ship Miss form and contacted Amazon Seller Support for the same on 5th January itself.

The Next day I got a 50% Late Dispatch Rate. I contacted seller support and told them that I did all that was in my hands (calling DA to pick up, fill the easy ship miss form and contact amazon seller support) on 5th of January to show that this isn't my fault. Yet, they are saying that a pick up was attempted and I didn't hand over the packages, even when the DA himself admitted that he didn't come. I even offered to show them the CCTV footage at the time they are claiming that the DA arrived in my colony. Seller support didn't ask for the proof and are still saying it's my fault so they won't change the matrix.

This has happened once before to me, and it's happened again. I feel helpless as the Amazon Seller Support is not doing anything to help me, and if this continues it will lead to my account getting deactivated for no fault of mine. Can anyone help me with this? Any ideas would be appreciated.
