Hello, my product's organic rankings have been lost!Customers are unable to find my product through keyword searches.
I'm not sure what is causing this issue. I have created search ads for this keyword, and I receive orders daily. However, it seems that my product is not indexed for this keyword in the system, and customers are unable to find my product through searches. On the other hand, my competitors, whose products have a lower Best Sellers Rank (BSR) than mine, can easily be found through searches.
I have also researched the issue and found that it could be caused by the product not being placed under the appropriate category node. Therefore, I contacted customer service for assistance, but they were unable to resolve the issue. The case ID is 13031840751.

There could be several reasons the bots don't show your listing. One that comes in my mind - for example - is if your listing contains somewhere forbidden words. Google for "Amazon new restricted keywords". Or if your listing is in HTML. Or if you have big parts of the description in ALL TABS. There are more reasons. Nobody of seller support will X-ray your listing and tell you the reason or "resolve the issue". You have to do researches yourself. You are welcome.

Hey @Seller_Ck2ShDWDpioaW, thanks for providing that case ID. I don't see anything like having no browse node etc blocking the ASIN, so you may have to review your search terms. This help page has lots of information on terms that are prohibited, as well as an FAQ!
