Auto enabled feature turned on but instead of returning, it is being disposed.
Amazon is disposing my units when I have turned on the auto removal to be returned and not disposed.
Still Amazon has disposed my items.
Seller support has not been helpful at all.
Does anybody have an idea so as to why this has happened?

Thank you for visiting the seller forums. I would like to investigate those FBA inventory disposals.
First: can you confirm that you have your settings enabled to Remove unsellable inventory automatically?
Can you please share a recent support case where you discussed this issue with support?

as the first mail you receive from Amazon seller of order removal you have to keep in contact with them on telephone it will easy convenence for you and them, if you call them after long period they will sure dispose off it is their policy. May be I am wrong correct me
