アカウントを再アクティブ化するためセラーセントラルの身分証明書写真サービスのURLを開いたが、日本の出品アカウントではこのページは見つかりませんと表示された。

そのため出品者とマーケットプレイスを選択のページでアメリカを選択し、身分証明書写真を送った。英文メールでアカウントを再有効化したとメールがきたが、日本の出品アカウントは無効のままです。

As you explained, there seems to have been an issue trying to complete registration on the Japanese account, were the US account was successfully completed.

I would suggest signing into your Japanese selling account, navigate to the performance notifications and follow the guidance of the notice there to complete the verification in Japan.

Should you continue to encounter an issue with completing the registration process, I would ask that you provide more information surrounding your concerns and if possible take a screenshot of the issues you're experiencing.
