account temporarily blocked

Hello,

My account has been temporarily blocked by amazon due to unusual activity detected on my account but i have noticed that my account is active and running in background due to which invoice defect rate increasing because i am unable to login my account . I have tried through different methods but not get any success yet. amazon ask me to login into the account and then open a case through seller central but i am not able t o login into the seller central. Please suggest me the solution of this problem or share any email or phone to whom i get the response quickly.

I believe this is your CUSTOMER account since they talk about "contact customer service".

It says you need to contact Amazon Customer Service.

  • 1 (888) 280-4331 (USA/Canada calls) or 1 (206) 922-0880 (international calls)

2 months ago, I had the same issue. I was unable to login. I contacted multiple time to amazon seller performance team, but they say the same that I have to login and need to open a case. Amazon doesn't care about the sellers. [Moderator Edit: removed personal information & offsite references]

Well, since that is your BUYER account let's explore a couple radical possibilities.

Did you (or family members) have an excessive number of returns or complaints about other sellers?

Did you EVER use your account to buy and ship items to a BUYER for your store if you had an inventory error?

Did you ever cut Andy off on the freeway?

Well, maybe the last one is 'out there' but who knows these days.
