I recommend that you watch this video in regards to selling brand products from minute 4:33 onward.

As a summary, in order to sell brand products, you need to provide either:

  • a purchase invoice for products from the brand that you receive from a manufacturer or distributor
  • a letter directly from the brand authorizing you to sell their products

This is what they'll ask after submitting distributor's invoice:

Documents and information required from your supplier's supplier:

-- Copies of invoices, receipts, contracts, delivery orders or authorization letters from your supplier's supplier issued in the last 365 days.

-- If you are not the brand owner, provide an authorization letter and a complete set of documentation to prove a valid supply chain.
