I have packed my parcel and it was ready for pickup between 11:30 AM and 2:00 PM. However, the Amazon logistics partner did not arrive to collect the package during the scheduled time slot.

Hello @Seller_5x416PVYxzirq, are you using Easy Ship? Have you completed the Easy Ship pickup form for this issue? The team should contact you. If they have not, please let me know. Alternatively, you can contact Seller Support. If you have open cases regarding this missed pickup, please let me know those case IDs.

I am also loosing my business as everytime pickup wasn't made by easy ship. Instead of asking to submit the form, amazon should follow up with the pickup agent and get it done.
Feel helpless as amazon seller.

I am a new seller on Amazon, and this is regarding my first order. The pickup was scheduled between 11:00 AM and 2:15 PM today, but the Amazon logistics partner did not arrive. Even yesterday, the pickup was not attempted.
I have already informed Seller Support, but there has been no action yet. Unfortunately, the order is now showing as cancelled, and I am very worried. This delay is affecting my performance as a new seller.
Please take immediate action and arrange for pickup at the earliest. Kindly instruct the logistics partner to visit and collect the parcel. I request your full support to resolve this.

The same is happening with me; two pickups have not been attempted by the Amazon logistics partner. The same thing already happened 1 month ago; that time, the order got cancelled. Try to contact your support team.
They don't have any seniors who look into this matter. This is intolerable. Literally, they block their company's IVR number so that no one can call them. Wow, fabulous job, waste of advertisement cost, waste of team effort, just because one pick up guy didn't pick up the call
