We have faced an issue that customer placed an order on dated 13.04.2024 and Amazon shipped on dated 15.04.2024. The product delivered at Karnatka on dated 22.04.2024. Customer apply for refund on same day dated 22.04.2024 and give same day review that she used the product for two weeks but got no benefit and give 3 star rating. While she return product on same day. How she use product for two week.

We request to amazon for many time but till today amazon take no action against that customer and due to this our star ratings goes down to related product. We have faced big loss due to this.

We request to Amazon authority to take action against related customer and remove Fake review also from website.
