2 issues: 1) Seller Wallet Account Verification as a Single Member LLC 2) Unable to verify business bank account

I have 2 issues which I've unable to resolve via filing multiple Seller Help case logs.

1) First issue:

My Seller Wallet has been under verification and unable to receive funds for weeks now. I'm a Single Member LLC - which should be an Individual and not a Business under Legal Entity. However, I'm still receiving a rejection reason indicating the opposite:

"We have identified that your account is being used for commercial or business purposes. Therefore, we will not be able to continue with the verification of your Seller Wallet account.

Why did this happen?

We have taken this measure in accordance with the Seller Wallet Customer Agreement:

How do I reactivate my account?

Once we are able to change your individual registration to a business registration on your account, we will contact you to resume your Seller Wallet account verification."

I've filed multiple Help case logs, worked via email and or phone and each time I'm either the case seems to be transferred internally, probably to the Seller Wallet team to get the same response or get the same canned message.

My case logs:

13926954101, 14040241561

2) My second issue:

I've been unable to add my business checking bank account as a Deposit Method for my Single Member LLC. The verification process still requires my bank statement to show that my personal name owns the business bank account but my bank statement only has the name for my Single Member LLC.

I've worked with my bank to get a Business Account Summary indicating that I'm the sole owner of my business checking account, attached it to the first page of my Bank Statement and submitted it but I've still been rejected.

Is there a way to indicate to amazon that I am the beneficial owner of the business bank account as a Single Member LLC and verify my business bank account as a valid deposit method?
