Refund the amount for the returned items to me without any deductions.

very true concern, i also have faced many COD orders and they are even rejected before reaching the customer in transit, and also the same customer creates another order of same product. there was one order also which address was completely short and suspicious in that case also we have to accept the order and courier. purchasers / competitor brands are doing this suspicious orders and rejecting to make us loss for new small business owners.

Why don’t you cancel this customer’s future orders and also report them? It might help to also make a video of you packing the product and opening it upon return. I think you’ll have to report them/raise a ticket for return fees from your Manage Orders page? The forum is not the right place for this.
