I started my business because I believed Amazon was one of the few marketplaces where every seller had an equal opportunity to grow.

I was motivated by the idea that success would depend on product quality, customer satisfaction, and following Amazon's policies—not on who the seller was. That belief gave me the confidence to invest in building my own registered trademark brand.

Unfortunately, my recent experience has made me question that belief.

My registered trademark brand name was removed from my product title without my request, while I continue to see many other brands and competing listings where the brand name is still displayed in the title.

I have read Amazon's announcements, contacted Seller Support, and raised questions on the forums, but I still haven't received a clear explanation as to why my listing was treated differently or what objective criteria were used.

I still want to believe in the vision that originally motivated me to start selling on Amazon—a marketplace where policies are applied consistently and every seller is treated equally.

At the moment, however, my experience has left me feeling that the implementation has not been consistent, and I sincerely hope Amazon provides more transparency and equal treatment for all Brand Registered sellers.

That is what would truly keep sellers like me motivated to continue investing in our brands.
