First of all get your EASY SHIP system to work properly before you go about announcing about "THE GREAT INDIAN FESTIVAL" there is nothing great in it unless amazon can pick up the parcels ontime and with some accountability.
Is amazon not ashamed to keep copy pasting the same response to 100's of complaints that pop up regarding easy ship failures??? instead of escalating the issue and having the logistics managers look into this problem, you are busy copy pasting the same old message over and over about filling up the missed pick up form. Trust me that missed pick up form is a fruitless exercise and a waste of time.
Set the basics right first before you head on with announcing great plans like "THE GREAT INDIAN FESTIVAL" and other promotions. Learn the basics

Your team is not able to deliver a FBA removal order in 45 days (just 25 km away), what kind of greatness you are trying to show to customers. Customer associates just say sorry and raise a new ticket to internal team but no resolution happens. I'm at the height of frustration with your FBA process and Fulfillment center team.

No appointments available for FBA shipments. Earlier this didn't use to be issue. However from last year there are no appointments 2 month before diwali.
