Need to change my email/password on my seller account.
Can anyone help me? I set up my seller account with an email address that I found out later was never really verified. I can not access this email address.
I got around it by attaching a secondary email to get Amazon emails.
Now Amazon thinks someone accessed my account and they want me to reset my passcode but they will only send the code to my email which is not working.
I have access to my account except for adm items like resetting my password/email and deposits. I have called everyone I think at Amazon (on personal and seller sides) and now they say there is no way for me to get this code so I can not get my deposits either. Can anyone help me?
