Browse node and BSR not displaying on product page
The browse node for my listing was randomly deleted and I have been trying for 2 weeks now to assign the category/BSR for my listing with no luck. The first couple support tickets I was told it was assigned and to wait 24-48 hours. The second support ticket I was told to wait 7 days. Now, it is still not assigned. My last support ticket got rejected and was told there is already a browse node assigned to my listing. However, on the product details page, there still is no category or BSR displaying on my listing. My sales have tanked ever since this happened. Can a mod please review my cases and come up with a resolution? Its quite ridiculous how complicated this has been with 0 help.

I am having the same issue and I cannot get anyone at Seller Support or Brand Registry to acknowledge the issue.

This happens to me all the time. Have you tried submitting a full update product feed? It fixes my problem every time.

delete the product from your inventory. Wait 24 hours. Recreate the listing via feed upload.

think its the entire Home & Kitchen catalog if your listing is in there. All the sub cats.

It just happened to me yesterday.
The browse node has been removed from ASIN and ASIN is not searchable on amazon.com except ppc.
I created the support ticket but I also was told wait 24-48hours but no luck.
