I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your immediate attention a critical issue concerning the fulfilment of orders from my store on Amazon.
Order Details:
Order ID'S: [408-8308856-4921140, 404-9969477-4841913]
Product: [Microtek Super Power 900 Inverter, Microtek Super Power 1700 Inverter]
Order Date: [20-07-2004, 23-07-2024]
Nature of the Complaint: I have recently encountered a significant problem with the fulfilment of the aforementioned order. The issues are as follows:
Wrong Product Return Delivery: The order with Order ID- 408-8308856-4921140 has been cancelled by the customer before the delivery of the product. In the package of the product which has been delivered back to me there is no said product found.
In the second case with order ID 404-9969477-4841913 product is delivered to customer, but customer returned back the product. In the package of the product which has been delivered back to me only 20gm package is delivered back.
No OTP has been shared: In both cases no OTP has not been shared to the delivery boy, but he forcefully delivered both the packages.
Both the products have been sent back from Rajasthan and forge products have been delivered back to me.
As a dedicated seller, I strive to maintain high standards of service and ensure timely delivery of products. I am following up both issues with your Account Manager [Moderator Edit: Personal Information] but no action is taken from their end.
Requested Action: I kindly request your urgent intervention to resolve the following:
Investigate and expedite the shipping process for the affected order.
Correct the inventory discrepancies to ensure accurate stock levels are reflected.
Provide guidance on how to address and mitigate customer complaints effectively.
