Thank you for your post. This is absolutely wrong. You must consider that products must pass certain criteria to qualify as an eligible ASIN. If you do not have any eligible ASINs on your Lightning Deals dashboard, your products currently do not meet the Lightning Deals criteria.

Nothing, he or she can do for you, just focus on bringing orders to your ASIN's and after certain criteria it will be eligible:
1. More than 10 orders in 7 days
2. Minimum 5 count of ratings with 3.5 star minimum
3. Selling through Amazon FBA
