I am unable to reactivate my seller account

After clicking to reactivate the account, the message 'This page is currently unavailable' appears, which prevents me from reactivating the account.The email shows an issue with the credit card, but I have also replaced it. The issue still persists, and the account review team replied that the seller's account has been reviewed. But it is still in an unsold state. Can someone help me?

Are you absolutely 100% certain it's a CREDIT card and not a debit card or prepaid card?

If it is make sure you have that same card in your BUYER account first before you change anything on the seller side.

I understand you are experiencing issues with your seller identity verification.

After talking to my bank and Amazon customer service to rule out a credit card issue, and trying to change credit cards, the problem is still not solved!

Now I don't know what I can do for my account? I just want him to open my sales properly. So came here for help, because probably no matter how much I open CASE I won't get anywhere, (I opened at least 15 cases in 2 weeks time for this problem)

It's been a month since the problem occurred, two weeks since I opened the CASE, no progress has been made, and the number of items I don't have for sale has exceeded 1,000 of which the number of items that have not been available for sale for more than 15 days has exceeded 711. I am very anxious.

The case remains unresolved at this time, and it appears that the bug is not progressing at all.
