i am selling on amazon some non retnable product and some of buyer contact CUSTMOER CARE and tack full refund and in my return tab no showing return reuest and directly mail of refund dudction of my seller central this is more loss comare to the returable product beacase in returanble product atleast product back but non returanble cataogry no product back as said seller cental

some time seller suport team says wait 50 day amazon refund you all amount some time say that file a safty claim

but in safty cliam is perticular limit so how file safty claaim?

any one facing issue please tell me how resolve or tack a refund
