As for your review, from an Italian customer, it would say it’s unlikely to be removed given amazons policies.
While you don’t make any claims of what the needles work on, I think it’s fairly common students will practice on chicken and pork meat. I would take it as an opportunity to improve the listing to make clear it’s not for use with chicken and pork or very clear it’s for use with silicone pads
