Unable to Edit Listing to Remove Prohibited Content

Hi fellow sellers,

I’m facing a frustrating issue with one of my ASINs, and I’m hoping someone here has experienced something similar or can offer guidance.

Amazon flagged my listing for prohibited content and requested that I remove it from the product detail page. They also asked me to provide images of the product from all six sides, which I did. However, despite submitting the required images, I keep receiving the same response from Amazon—asking for images again and instructing me to remove prohibited content.

The problem is, I don’t have access to edit my listing to make the necessary changes. I’ve explained this in my support cases, but they keep sending the same automated response without addressing my request to enable editing so I can fix the issue.

My Case ID is 17414717741.

Has anyone else faced this kind of loop? Any advice on how to get Amazon to actually review and allow me to make the necessary edits? Any escalation options that worked for you?

Appreciate any help! Thanks in advance.

If you didn't yet send inventory just take a new UPC from GS1 and create a new listing. You will never be successfull to edit a suspended listing.

Hi there @Seller_AiLdEQIQgYzr5,

Sorry for any delay. In general you should still be able to make changes via upload as mentioned by @Seller_c9lY8wF1Vo61O an upload should be able to make the changes to your offer. Particularly if you delete and relist the product to ensure your previous contributions are removed. If you run into trouble, please reach out to Seller Support in a new case (not your ASIN Appeal Case) and request assistance with making the changes. The case you provided is with the review team who does not assist with troubleshooting issues. Thank you for your understanding.
