Identity Verification Keeps Failing
I am a new Amazon Seller. I verified my personal and business identity by providing a business certificate, personal photo identification (DL and passport) and two credit card statements. The First verification was approved after resubmitting twice and opening a case back in July, but Amazon is asking me to once again, reverify my Identity. I spoke with a rep yesterday who reviewed my documents and said they were all correct. Apparently, several Sellers are reporting the same issue - correct documentation but rejected verification. Amazon has deactivated my account and removed product visibility. Meanwhile my Account health is green...
