This question is for Seller Flex sellers. Just wondering, for the sellers who are on Seller Flex, does your Prime Tag and Fast Track Enablement show up at all times? I have no idea why, but my Prime Tags and One day & Two day delivery will show for a few hours and then disappear for many days altogether. I don't know why this keeps happening. It keeps fluctuating. That is so frustrating to deal with. That was not what we were promised when we were invited to enroll ourselves in Seller Flex.

I have raised a complaint with the account manager who signed us up on it several times and he assured me that it was escalated internally to the program team, but I never heard back.

Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
