Amazon is doing business just to loot money from genuine small scale business sellers.
I have send 3 units of Kothari Mercerised RNS 90cm vest . It was a COD order. Customer received product on 1st May and today 5th mAy customer requested for refund because customer didnt receive product. Wow what a lyer.
Without permission or consulatation amazon deducted money from the account.
If the buyer is saying truth it means that amazon stole the product. Or if the buyer lying and still got money it means Amazon looting our money. In both cases AMAZON took more than 800rs for the cod order of 706rs product.

To point it out, about half of the links in Seller University are broken, and some of the videos are no longer relevant. They are useless and outdated. They must be updated or removed so that there is no confusion.
With regards to SPN service providers, providers in the crucial Logistics, etc segment are just absent. Also, the quality of providers in account management and services is pathetic. They are just making a fool of genuine sellers. Also, Amazon has stopped onboarding new service providers, so we are stuck with providers who don't even have trained professionals. They use others' accounts for fake reviews on SPN listings. When you check them on Google, you can discover multiple complaints.
Also, any crucial performance report, like product delisting or account health issues, must be put on top as a section in the seller central hub, as nobody can check for these every other day for violations leading to delistings or ASIN suppressions.
Seller APP is good, must have more options for image editing. Sellers need AI tools as well.
