Buy Box is not show in my account

Dear Amazon Seller Support Team,

I am writing to raise a concern regarding my seller account. In my inventory, the Buy Box and Add to Cart option is disabled for all my products. Because of this issue, I am not receiving any sales, even though my listings are active.

This is seriously affecting my business, and I kindly request your urgent help to resolve the matter. Please check and let me know:

Why the Buy Box and Add to Cart option has been disabled for all my products.

What corrective actions I need to take to make my listings eligible again.

I request your immediate support to resolve this issue as it is directly impacting my sales and business operations.

Thank you for your post.

To become eligible for the Featured Offer:

  • You must have a Professional selling account.
  • Maintain good account performance and low order defect rates.
  • Offer competitive pricing, fast shipping, and high availability.

To verify product eligibility, go to “Manage Inventory” in Seller Central, enable “Featured Offer eligible” in Preferences, and review each ASIN.

Securing the Featured Offer also depends on competitive ranking on the detail page. If your offer appears next to the Add to Cart button, you’ve won the Buy Box.

Hey Vanamali this has happened with us as well, what we have done is wait for you first order and let it get delivered successfully , after sometime the buy box will come automatically
